New Office Development for LTC (Group 87) Ltd

We are extremely excited to announce our involvement with the new LTC (Group 87) flagship two storey high specification office development in Plymouth. We are supplying full Mechanical and Electrical services design (RIBA Stages 2, 3 & 4) including SBEM and site duties for the project. The project is due to start on site within the next few week

Although the project has been on hold for a while, it’s great to see works have commenced on our Clients new office development in Plymouth. Won’t be long until the steel frame and walls are up, the roof on and the all important M&E services installation is started.
