It’s that time of year again, and here at Oatway Design Ltd we are continuing to donate to a worthy charitable cause at this festive time instead of sending festive cards and gifts.
What a year it has been full of lockdown, isolation, loneliness and spending time away from friends and family. I think we have all been affected at some degree, some very much more than others, thoughts are obviously with all those affected and of course to the greatness shown by our key workers.
Although there is light at the end of the tunnel there are everlasting effects which can further affect our mental health. It with this thought that we have selected the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) as our charity. I would ask you all to look at their website and the help they offer
