Building Refurbishment – St Ives Workstation

Cornwall Council have appointed Oatway Design Ltd to work closely with the design team and heritage/conversation specialist to provide the Mechanical and Electrical design duties for the conversation of this grade 2 listed building which is located in a conservation area to a work station hub for the local community.

Our duties will consist of the Mechanical and Electrical design duties from initial preparation/concept stage all the way through to final completion (RIBA STages 2 – 6 Inc.) of this great Est. Circa £500k development.

As per all our design solutions, renewable technologies will be at the forefront of our design philosophy.
